Who's your hero:  My mom - because she is such a strong person and I can talk to her about anything.

Goals for the season:  Win States, become a better leader, and a better all around player.

What you'll miss most:  The girls and how close we are.  We aren't just a team - we're a family.

Life lesson the game has taught you:  That you need to have trust in others in order to achieve a goal.

Favorite memory:  The OBX trip - especially the hot tub talks.

Advice to underclassman:  Never take what you have for granted because you'll never realize what you have until it's gone.  Not many people get the opportunity to be a part of something this wonderful.  Always give 100% and you will have no regrets.  It goes by fast - live it up while you can.

Coach Miller's comments:  Katie has flawless footwork and the best platform when it comes to serve receive, this allow our team to run a very complex offense off our opponents serve.  With our lack of overall height, Katie will be depended upon to lead our serve receive core.
