April 3 - 7:00 pm	Incoming Freshmen Parent Meeting (Some Senior Parents - ALL Senior Players to attend) BISHOP HARTLEY GIRLS VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION MEETING A meeting for all interested players and parents of the Class of 2012, will be held on Thursday, April 3 at 7:00 pm in the school cafeteria. Topics of discussion will be important spring and summer dates leading up to try-outs in August. Come and find out more about one of the top teams in the state. April - May	Weight Lifting / Conditioning: Tuesday & Thursday- 3:15 - 4:00 (ALL) @ Hartley Hopefully 1 Open Gym Session - TBD
June - July	Freshmen Summer League: Mondays @ Columbus Volleyball Center Hopefully 2-3 Open Gym Sessions - TBD
June - July	Sand Work-Outs: Every Monday & Wednesday - Location TBD
June 20-22	Lexington, Ky. Scrimmage & UK Visit (Players TBD)
July 9-12	Hartley Team Camp (ALL) Two Sessions (expected for both sessions) - 9:00 am - 11:30 am & 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
July 13	Summer Tournament @ Columbus Volleyball Center (ALL Junior & Senior Class) Freshmen will attend also
July 18-27	OBX Trip: Note - May leave on the 18th or 19th returning on Sunday the 27th (Players TBD)
August 1-3	Possible Overnight Trip (Players TBD)
August 4-7	Tryouts (ALL) Monday Aug 4th - Thursday Aug 7th - Two sessions (expected to attend both sessions) 9:00 am - 11:30 am & 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
August 7th	For everyone making the team - there will be a MANDATORY Parent meeting on Thursday evening - Aug 7th. 7:00 pm in the school cafeteria.
August 11th	There will be a Program Pot Luck Dinner where uniform and practice gear is ordered - and Pay to Play fees will be collected. Check back for times. CHECK BACK HERE FOR TIMES
